seems my bike is feeling a bit deflated. She looks all forlorn sitting in the garage with a flat rear tyre. I need to fix this and give her a bit of a dust down and take her for a ride to make her feel wanted again.
My annual target of 10000km has now clearly gone out of the window as i have not ridden for 7-8 weeks and i was already several hundred kilometres behind before i stopped.

the bike tyre is now fixed and because of changes to plans we might just have a ride tomorrow - irrespective of the weather
