what a difference a day makes

today i rode again. first time in months i have backed up 2 days in a row. the weather today was overcast and the air damp - although i did not get rained on thankfully. in addition, there was a bit more breeze and i rode into it for most of the ride.

completed 33km in two rides (27 and 6) with a coffee stop at brew ha in between.

rode up into kings park today for the first time in ages and it showed. I rode the hill in 6:28 which is a bit slower than my best. I have now completed 3220km.

PS - this isnt cloud in the foreground of this picture - its condensation i think from being in my jersey while i was riding. looks like i need to put it in a plastic ziplock bag.
